1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Subbil ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Subbil is a subscription tracking service that allows users to:

• Track and manage their paid subscriptions
• Monitor monthly and annual spending
• Store cancellation links and instructions
• Track renewal dates and export them to your calendar

3. User Accounts and Age Requirement

To use Subbil, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The Free plan allows you to track up to 5 subscriptions at no cost. This includes:

• Track up to 5 subscriptions
• Monthly and yearly spending totals
• Store cancel links and notes
• Organize with categories
• Calendar reminder exports

Pro Plan

The Pro plan provides unlimited subscription tracking and all Free plan features. Pro plan features are currently available through our preview program. Paid Pro plan subscriptions will be available in the future, and pricing and payment terms will be communicated at that time.

• All Free plan features
• Calendar reminder exports
• Export data to CSV

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Currently, Subbil operates on a free model with Pro features available through our preview program. When paid Pro plan subscriptions become available in the future, the following terms will apply:

• Payment will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds may be available within 14 days of initial purchase, subject to our refund policy
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods after the initial refund window

Detailed payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be provided when paid subscriptions become available.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Subbil and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Subbil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding these Terms or the Service, please contact us first at hello@subbil.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Subbil operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
